Orders above R1000 enjoy complimentary standard shipping throughout South Africa.
For Orders below R1000, a standard flat fee of R90 applies.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Refunds and exchanges
At PureScentiment, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. Used products cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if notice of such damage is submitted to PureScentiment within 2 days of delivery, together with photographs of the damaged products.
You may also exchange your product for another of the same size and value within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is in the original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned items.
